Service Nature

Our deliverables are digital services tailored to each project. Because work is customised, completed stages and delivered assets are generally non-refundable. We strive to keep you informed throughout to avoid surprises.

Cancellations

Before project start: Deposits may be refundable if no work has begun, minus any agreed onboarding costs.
After kickoff: We may retain fees proportionate to work completed and booked resources up to the cancellation date.
Change of scope: Material changes may require a revised proposal and timeline; we will seek approval before proceeding.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered when:

Deliverables do not match the approved specification and cannot be reasonably corrected.
We cannot complete the project due to our own constraints.

Refunds are not provided for preferences outside the agreed scope, delays caused by missing client inputs, or third-party issues beyond our control.

Revisions

Revision rounds included in your agreement will be completed without additional charge. Requests beyond the included rounds or outside the approved scope may be billed separately following your approval.

How to Request a Refund or Revision

Submit your request in writing with project details, the issue, and desired outcome.
Allow us reasonable time to review and propose a resolution plan.
If eligible, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Timelines

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve eligible cases within 14 business days, depending on complexity and required verifications.
